the spa zone was very good, a great way to spend time after activities. i liked the emphasis on local and regional meals. the pools were large, preventing overcrowding. i also found the location comfortable and close to pirin mountain.

Breakfast and dinner buffets stood out. Some of the best i have seen. the food was tasty and warm. A big plus. the hotel sources products from its own farm, which i appreciated.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent service. the shuttle service made reaching bansko simple and quick. kids appreciated the dedicated kids club. the team seemed attentive.

The room was a spacious Suite! The breakfast buffet provided a superb selection. It was one of the best I have seen. The pool and spa facilities were excellent. I used them every day.
I found that the parking was on the road as the main parking area was full.

The breakfast and dinner buffets OFFERED amazing variety and quality! The spa area IS HUGE. I didn't feel crowded even though the hotel was full. I also loved how clean and spacious our room WAS.
The wifi WAS unreliable. I used my mobile data instead.

the indoor and outdoor pools were very clean. the spa offered both a steam bath and saunas. the rooms seemed big, and the bathrooms were also large and included terraces..
i found no complimentary water of any kind during dinner. the core parking was completely full, so i had to park on the road bank. the wifi was awful and it was better to use my own mobile hotspot instead.
